What we save

The free sample works in your browser. When you start a paid order, we save your email, order status, student names, title, activity wording, and paper settings in a private workspace. We also save generated artwork and its scene description so you can return to your pack.

Where information goes

OpenAI receives the scene description, age group, and detail setting to generate an illustration. The student-name field is not sent to the image generator. Do not include student information in the scene description.

Cloudflare stores and serves your workspace. Stripe processes payments and receives your billing email; we do not store card numbers. Resend delivers your private order-link email. These services process information under their own applicable policies.

Private links and retention

Your private link grants access to your workspace. Do not share it publicly. Workspaces expire 30 days after payment confirmation. Expired workspaces are queued for deletion, including artwork and names. Payment providers may retain their own transaction records separately.

Your choices

You can change names and wording in your paid workspace. For deletion or other privacy requests, email support with the order number; we may need to verify that the order is yours. We do not need student names to handle support requests.
